Prof. Parmjit S. Panesar, Department of Food Engineering & Technology  was elected as ‘Fellow’ of “Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India)” for the significant contributions to the progress of Food Science and Technology. The honour was conferred by Dr. S Somanath, Chairman, ISRO at ‘9^th International Food Convention 2023 (IFCON-2023)’ held at CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysuru.
