SLIET software development club (SSDC) motivates students for niche and innovative software developments. The SSDC act as a spurring ground for beginner level programmers with the motive to increase their awareness and knowledge about new technologies.
The club motivateits members for competitive programming and various online challenges like hackathon, online placement drives. SSDC club activities include online contests and discussion sessions on programming. Apart from this, weekly discussion sessions are also conducted by senior students to improve programming skills of peer and share new innovative ideas to solve various real-world problems.
Glimpses of our club’s accolades
Ten students (3rd& 4th year) of this club participated in TCS Codevita coding competition and 4thyear students got call for interview in TCS. The TCS has selected 4 students and given employment offer letter.

We had successfully conducted following activities during the academic year 2018-19.
This is an online programming competition, which is conducted on online “Hackerrank” platform. In this competition 6 problems of programming had been given to each participant and participant can solve in any of the programming language.
